Cancellation and Returns



If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order or cancel it, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 21 days after delivery and admin fee of 17% will be deducted from the paid amount to cover delivery, restocking, time etc.


Any software bought with hardware or stand alone can’t be refunded due the nature of the product and licensing.

We cannot refund/cancel your purchase:
• If you return your product to us  without proof of purchase
• There is a contract for services with the product and you have started using the services 
• The seal has been broken on any DVDs, CDs, memory cards, including games
• the goods were a special order to your specification


Special orders

We will charge labour fee which is currently £49 +VAT additional to the 17% of the full amount  mentioned above for any order that requires software or hardware installation or configuration before the delivery to meet your need.  

When you send your item back to us we will process the returned item and offer you the choice of a replacement or a refund after inspections.

Ways of return your purchase

  1. You can return the product to one of our stores with your receipt, bringing the card you paid with so we can credit it

  3. Refunds take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card.
